Satlook Lite Help

I recieved my satlook lite today. I live in Canada and install mainly shaw , bell , and dtv. So after opening and charging it I hooked it up to the coax that runs to my shaw dish. (I am a shaw cust. and use this dish regularly great signal)

When i hooked the meter up to it i got a high signal but never a lock.

My question is why is it not locking onto the signal ?

Any ideas
