DTV House Cabling

Hello,

I'm new to the forum so bear with me. Have a 2 story home with the newer HR54 installed.
We want to move the location of the HR54 from downstairs to upstairs.

Basically before we move anything the the house is wired as follows:

DTV Satellite Dish >>
Green Splitter (1 input, 4 outputs) >>
1 output feeds the 2nd floor and the other 3 feed 1st floor rooms including the HR54 connection
2nd floor output feeds input to Green Splitter in attic (1 input and 4 outputs)

With the above setup the whole house works without problem and I can move a client to any room without issue.

How do I hook up the HR54 upstairs and preserve all the house's locations?

I've disconnected the DTV Satellite Dish cable and connected it directly to the cable that feeds the second floor. Now only the upstairs works and none of the downstairs locations work. I sort of expected this but what I can't figure out is how I can configure the setup to feed the downstairs without installing another cable run between the 2 floors which is not practical. Help please!!!
