Whole Home Issues with HR21-200 after HR54-700 install

OK so today I installed the HR54-700 I purchased from you along with a 3D2RBLNB and a MSPLIT8R1-03 8-way splitter, this was installed as an addition to an existing HR21-200 and a HR21-700,, all of the receivers are Ethernet connected to our network switch. The problem I am having is that the HR21-200 keeps disappearing from the whole home. The HR21-200 and HR21-700 had both shown up and worked fine ever since you added whole home to our account upon purchase of the HR54. But that that the case now the HR54 is in place. I figured since I had the network connections I would use them. But now it seems I might have better luck with the whole home if I install the DECAEPSKIT I also purchased from you? It is my understanding I can simply install the DECA on one of the SWM splitter ports and connect the network cable to my network switch is this correct? I assume I would need to reset the network connections in all 3 units as well?

Or should I just put the DECA on the HR21-200 since the HR54-700 and HR21-700 have not issues with whole home when connected via ethernet?
