I hate to post something that has been answered before, but I am not completely certain I have found the answer so I will post anyway to confirm ...
Can I turn each half (left and right) of an HDB8X 180 degrees from each other (reflectors toward each other) to get signals from about 180 degrees apart? I live in South East Florida (33486) and have stations almost due south and almost due north of me. I would rather not use two masts although can mount a mast on my chimney. Can I use this antenna to get signals from opposite directions? Do I leave the reflectors on?
My zip is 33486 if it helps, could not post a link
Any other advice appreciated
thanks
