I received the new DirecTV RC71 remotes from Solid Signal (excellent value) today. I cannot locate programing instructions here or @ DirecTV. The first thing I am told to do when attempting to program the remote to my tv is to slide the "mode" switch to "TV". There is no mode switch or button on the RC71. If you can tell me where to find this information it would be greatly appreciated.
