New, need some help & advice

Hi all, I live in an area that is on the edge of all providers coverage. I have Verizon for cell service for my iPhone 5, usually get 2 bars max of 3G, rarely if ever get 4G and consistently have phone calls dropped. I also have a Verizon MIFI 4620L jetpack for internet. I have a 2 story home and if I place the MIFI as high as I can (w/o going in the attic) I can get 2 bars of 4g LTE max but that fades in and out. My wife has an iPAD with AT&T and her signal is no better. I discovered that the previous owner installed a Wilson signal booster (Model 801108 Smart Tech PCS 60db 1850-1990 mHZ, with dome ceiling antenna and outdoor 13 dBi Gain 800 mHZ Yagi antenna) but none of it seems to help with what we currently have. I have since found out that this equipment was installed at least 4 years ago.

What do I need to install to properly support cell service and data for internet? Thanks in advance!
