satlook lite problem

I recently received my new meter I am having trouble it wont identify and lock on Dish 1000. 4 east 61, 72 or 77 sats I bought this for RV it will identify and lock on the 1000.4 west 110,119, 129 sats just fine and also the dish 500 110,119 & 129 sats I even tried it on my home 1000.4 east system wont work either tech said flash firmware and I did still same problem any ideas why it wont lock I use the east sats the most too
