Single channel advice?

I'm looking for suggestions on how I could add a specific UHF channel (43) to my reception without adversely affecting my existing setup. I've got three TiVos and I'd like to add channel 43 on all of them, so I was thinking about a 2nd antenna in the attic, pointed in the appropriate direction.

Here's my TV Fool info:
TV Fool (there should not be a space between the last two 9s)

I have a large UHF/VHF-high antenna that was professionally mounted in my attic. (No pre-amp or distribution amp necessary.) The installer did an awesome job and the stations I initially wanted to receive are all rock-solid with almost never a drop-out or pixelization, even during bad weather. All of the major, important signals are pretty much all in the same direction at my location, so that makes it easy.

At the time I had my antenna installed, Channel 43 had nothing of interest to me, and the installer said it would be "tricky" if I wanted to receive it. I didn't, at the time. But now, they have added enough new sub-channels to be interesting. Currently it's on the "back side" of my antenna and I'm receiving no signal at all from it. I could call my installer back in, but I'm thinking this *might* be simple enough that I could do it...or not?

Would you recommend a channel-specific antenna like this one:
Blonder Tongue Single Channel UHF TV Antenna - 10 Elements 470-806MHz (BTY-10-U) from Solid Signal
(provided I could find the correct version for ch 43 in stock somewhere?)

...or should I try building one like this one:
A cheap and easy TV antenna

I'm guessing it's important to make sure whatever antenna I add doesn't pick up any other channels so it won't weaken my existing reception. It doesn't seem like I'd be likely to find a "join-tenna" that would correctly pass exactly the channel I'm looking for (ch 43). I've also got my doubts that a home-brew twin-lead T-shaped antenna would actually work. (But it would be awesome if it did and certainly cheap to try!). ;)

Any sage advice for me to try? (Sorry, I don't have 5 posts yet to be able to post links -- so I've had to play games with the URLs.)
