Rural Verizon LTE booster yagi help

Hello, glad to finally find a place that looks like i should be able to get some detailed help. I'm in a rural area just south west of Cheney Washington. Im pretty sure the nearest Verizon tower is in Cheney somewhere but i cant find any info on exactly where since it doesn't show up on any antenna search site i've checked. I get a random bar of 4g LTE and am able to actually stream Netflix but its spotty and some nights doesnt work. Ive been looking into signal boosters and have figured i need a yagi and a pretty high powered amplifier as id like a good strong signal of whatever signal the yagi can get. Ive been looking at these two kits and am wondering if anyone has something better to suggest or if these are just fine. I dont have the time to DIY it and am fine with paying for the kit.

Both seem like theyd do the job just fine just wanted to get some user feedback or any opinions really.

Info about signal and area:
Verizon
Not very many hills or mountains, mostly rock treed area.
10 mile drive from property to cheney wa where most likely tower is located.
Get a decent 3g signal, sometimes 4g LTE but not often or consitent.
Not trying to cover a big house with signal just cover a trailer and area outside
