Help determining which OTA antenna to purchase

Hi,

I am looking for help determining which antenna to purchase. I live in Corona, CA and I will put antenna on my roof. I have a single story home and need an antenna for TV and AM/FM if possible.

There are so many reviews that are vague and I've been looking at several antennas but cannot nail down the right one for all of my needs.
