Need help determining which TV antenna setup

Hi;

Researching what will be involved with moving from cable to OTA with no existing system in place. I ran a TVFool test of my area (attached) and would be connecting to an HDTV with a ATSC/Clear QAM tuner with USB and HDMI ports. We live in a coastal area of SC which explains the spread of stations available and I am not really trying to get the stations in grey as there is redundancy indicated. As you can see half are in opposite directions. I would eve mount an outside antenna. Need recommendations on model and how high I should plan on running the antenna and whether a rotator or pre amp would be necessary. We do have a large oak on our south side as well as large pecan tree on the west side. The north side is wooded about 100 yards away.
