Connecting a D10 to a Zinwell multiswitch - Question

I have a 16 port Zinwell Multiswitch. (two 8 port multiswitches, the signal amplifier, the signal stabilizer and 4 two way splitters. Can I connect a standard definition receiver to this multiswitch? The receivers that I have are D10-300s. If I try it, will it damage the multiswitch? If it does cause damage, would the damage be limited to the multiswitch to which I connected the receiver? I have an extra multi switch.
