lockpick air mygig

I have the lockpick air mygig. The camera functions stopped working except for when I unplug the harnesses and power off the car then plug it in and everything initializes the cameras work for less than 1 minute then the screen goes blank.
If I press the menu on the remote it activates the camera option but no camera work and I can't access the menu from the remote. I have checked the power and ground and I have no issues there. Please help.
