satlook lite and Dish

I have a satlook lite. Recently, I can no longer lock on to satellites 110 or 119. I can still lock on to 129. This is a recent change as I have always been able to lock onto 110 or 119. I looked at the download for the firmware, vSL46, dated 6/29/2012. I already have this loaded on my meter. Are there any more recent firmware updates or solutions to lock on to these satellites?

I tried helping another camper that only had a Dish 500 (110 and 119) and couldn't lock for him. (I was always able to help in the past).
