Directv and CAT5e

I am about to have Directv installed. My house is prewired with a combination of CAT5e and RG6Q. New wiring is not an option. I have 2 existing CAT5e cables [and a phone line] available to carry the Directv signal from the point of connection outside the house to my central electronics panel where I have RG6Q cables going out to all my hdtv locations. My RG6Q at the outside connection point is used for Time-Warner internet [my understanding is that combining Directv and TW in one RG6Q is not good]. Will this combination of CAT5e and RG6Q work with Genie HR44 receiver/Genie minis at the hdtv locations? Would there be full functionality? What type of splitter would I need at my central location? I want to understand my situation before the Directv tech shows up so i can have an intelligent discussion. OR should I just settle for TW or ATT at a higher price/more hassle and forget Directv? Thanks
