225 receiver dre system (managed)

Have an issue with wiring a managed dre system.
6 closets. North and south side of building. I centralized everything on the second floor. I have 16 lines in each closet leading back to the rooms on-q box, where there are 2 to 3 jacks per room. What's the best way to wire this as I'm stuck...
