Hi all,
I saw in my e-mail this morning, the Winegard 8200U is on sale. Lowest price I have seen recently, you must have gotten a semi truck load in !
One question though, that's a lot of antenna. Isn't the largest girth of that antenna mostly for VHF low?
I know there is still a need for such a large VHF antenna in some parts of the country.
In my case, I wonder... Does that antenna do any better than the Winegard 7698P in it's ranges? I mean VHF HI and UHF 14-69?
I ask because I don't think we have any VHF low stations in my market area (Chicago-Milwaukee)...

Also, supposedly the FCC wants to gently force OTA stations back into the VHF range with this silly auction going on.
Now, I wonder will the VHF low antenna make a come back ?
Thanks, Bob
