Hello, I'm having a little difficulty grabbing a signal since the forest is beginning to grow back after we had fires in 2009. After the fires I had what I'll call 50/50 signal on my property, meaning I got service on about 50% of the property. Now I'm down to about 2% and I need to upgrade some of my equipment. Cables are worn out and connectors have sucked out and my outdoor antenna needs replacement. What I'm wanting to know is will the Yagi Below work for my low band and should I go with a Panel, Omni or Yagi antenna solution for the high band?
What I have:
-Surecall FlexPro (50 ohm)
-Sure Call Flat Panel indoor antenna
-Yagi Antenna (890-960mhz) pictured below.
*Note the Yagi is a little out of range and not tested
What I'm purchasing:
-New high band or dual band Outdoor Antenna
-100' of LM-400 - 50 ohm cable
-all new matching N connectors
Pulse / Larsen YA5900W 890-960MHz 11dBi 7 Element Yagi Antenna

I'm between 3 & 4 miles from 2 different Verizon Tower and am pretty sure I was connecting to the Concow School tower in the past. I have a tree climber come out and he gets up about 60' ft up in a tree near my cabin where i had mounted the antenna in the past but in the event he doesn't hit a signal from there what is the limit I can go with the outdoor LM -400 coax? I've never used an omni-direction antenna and would consider the possibilities
Also, In the event he doesn't get any signal within the above threshold from above, I have a zboost 510 thats not doing anything right now. Am I able to install this about 300' away in a tree up at the top of my property where I get signal and point the output down to my cabin then re-boost that signal with my Surecall
Thanks for your time and help
