Roof mount for Winegard DS-3100?

I have a Winegard DS-3100 1m dish that I would like to mount on a pitched rooftop. The dish requires a 2.25-2.62" OD pole. All of the tripods I find for roof mounts are for smaller poles. I assume this is because a tripod would typically not be strong enough to support such a wide pole and heavy dish.

What are my options for mounting this dish on a rooftop?
