TV Cable Coaxial broke off

Well I was upgrading my house to new RG6 cables and went to unscrew the ones from the television and the coaxial input attatched to the TV's main board broke off (was only soldered on with one bead of solder). Television was a vizio 3D tv under a year old which is to my dismay unable to get any sort of input through a cable coaxial anymore. Since the cost of repair outweighs the cost of buying a new one I am wondering if there is any way to bypass the coaxial through a Digitial converter box and maybe watch my OTA channels through running an HDMI cable from the digital converter box. Does Solid Signal sell anything like this were I could input the signal from my antenna the box would scan and find channels and then I could output the signal through and HDMI cord to the television. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT; BTW I don't know if it matters but my setup is an HDB8X antenna with a Winegard 8700 pre amp and an antenna craft rotator on top of my roof.
