I am purchasing the HDB8X. The ad on Solid Signal site mentioned it had a signal range of 25 miles for VHF. I was good with that because I only have 2 locals in the high VHF range I need to get. But on further research, I am becoming doubtful on its ability to get any VHF channels unless I replace the combiner. Can you tell me what the deal is on this so I can be prepared when I get the antenna?
