5th receiver issue

I recently installed a 5th directv receiver. Everything was fine for about 3 weeks and now that latest receiver is pixelating or losing signal completely. It will only go out for a second but does it continuously. Not sure what to do. The system is all swm going to an 8 port swm splitter. I had replaced my 4 way swm splitter to the 8 port to accommodate the new receiver. Any ideas
