4K with RVU and intermittant sound or sound drop off

I upgraded my HR44 and wireless mini to 4K using HR54 connected to non 4K Samsung TV in one room plus two Samsung RVU TVs (2016 models) in other rooms. The RVU TVs are connected via DECA Broad Band with power supply. There is coax from the splitter to each DECA then an Ethernet cable from that to the back of the RVU TVs. Since that upgrade I have been having significant and long lasting intermittent sound or sound drop outs. A 2nd tech came out and made sure all coax and connections were correct and Directv approved. The problem still persists, but seemed a little less severe. I also had Samsung access my TVs remotely to make latest updates were installed and they were functioning correctly. They worked fine with no sound problems prior to using the RVU connection. Internet connection to HR54 is wireless to ATT U-Verse router. Dierctv is coming Tuesday to replace HR54.

Has anyone else had this problem with RVU connection. I understand it is a known problem if using the C61, but it does not seem common with RVU.
Is there anything about the how the COAX is connected that could cause it?
I suppose if the new HR54 does not fix the problem I will have to go back to non 4K and HR44 with mini.

The DECA BB being used on each RVU TV is called a Connected Home Adapter DCAU1R0-01
Is this the correct and most current device for this purpose?

Thank you if you can help or have any advice.
