First, Thkx to Stuart and Jason's work getting me able logged on to Forums.Solidsignal.com

My old HR20 finally died and was replaced with a HR54-700 and RC73 Genie, and a new smaller Dish. The installer setup my system for Broadband in-home WiFi. he had problems contacting DirectV so he had his office Authorize my new equipment.

Since then there have been 2-3 odditied:
One time powering on I received a "New Equipment Found" msg, but nothing happened afterwards.
Often I find that the Menu 'Connected' item showing Green, yet in Settings & Help > Settings > Internet Setup it states "Reconnect Internet" which easily done. But why the two conflicting conditions?

The most perplexing problem is I can Download Pay for View movies without trouble, but when I go to view them I cannot Pay for them and directed to the usual DirectV options.
I don't have a Smart Phone so that option isn't available.
Going online to DurectV.com/PPV option only goes to a DirectV Help screen, and all available options don't work.
I even tried DirectV's CHAT a couple times spening what seemed over an hour each session without resolution.
Lastly is calling DirectV's 1-800, here I've spent 30-45mins to over an hour and a half on the phone with them and thier Technical Support department and even they cannot help.
Over all I've spent some 24hrs over the past three weeks trying to be able to pay for downloaded movies.
DirectV says they cannot determine the cause of why I can Download a movie yet unable to Pay to view it.

Unfortunately, I didn't save amy Chat Logs which would have shown error codes, 822 or 722, we received.

Recently, reading the DirectV "Tips and Tricks" pamplet again I discovered additional equipment,' Wireless CCK', and started investigating. This is when I discovered SolidSignal and its Forums. PDF's on SolidSignal seem to state that my HR54 doesn't require additional WiFi equipment as it is built-into the HR54.

The first question, do I have a Broadband connection, yes. It consistantly tests above 1.87Mbps to 3Mbps. I have a 3Mbps 900MHz Microwave Broadband setup to my ISP which requires an unusual IP address which I'll reveal offline.

I'm at a total loss as to what to do, I'm hoping someone can help or point me to something to resolve this issue. Thkx Stuart...joe :)
