I recently received my AM21N for Solid Signal and they were great with fast shipping. Set up was easy as many people have described. However, buyer beware. The AM21N will not tune local channels UNLESS Directv lists the channels in their database. After several conversation with Directv, they will refused to list or tell me what channels they have in their database. They would only tell me that they would consider my request to add a channel to their database so that I can receive it, but they also said they do not contact customers to inform them of their decision. They also refused to connect me to or provide contact information to their Programming or Marketing departments. In other words, requests are likley roundfiled. In Reno I discovered a workaround. Directv TV carries Channel 21.1 but not 21.2, even though both channels are owned by the same company, KAME. Directv also carries all the other channels in Reno. By entering a secondary market zip code during the setup process of the AM21 that also broadcasts channel 21.2, I was able to receive the Reno channel 21.2. Only problem is the program guide information comes from the secondary channel. Channel 21.2 in Reno is MeTv and I was able to find another MeTv on channel 21.2 in Shreveport LA. Only problem is the program guide is 3 hrs ahead, so I get local programming for that channel via the internet. So, don't expect to get all OTA stations with the AM21N while you're traveling and don't expect any help from Directv.:(
