Looking for help
I have recently built three 50-75 channel analog head ends using Bell 6400 HD receivers.
All 3 head ends are experiencing "freezing of channels" where the image is frozen on the screen and it is necessary to pull the smartcard or reboot the receiver or channel up and down to get it to start playing again.
The issue is not specific to any receivers as it is occurring sporadically at each of the sites.
The distribution is Legacy LNBF to SPI power inserter to HRS4V splitters 13v & 18v (I've noticed that these splitters are 1 port power passing only. then to 8 way multiswitches then to the satellite receivers.
Any help would be much appreciated
