Antenna Selection. What do the experts think?

Good evening everyone!

Here's my situation. I have a cabin in Northern lower Michigan. Nester Township. Zipcode 48651. (It won't let me post the TVfool map link)

My current antenna is a Radio Shack el cheapo rooftop model with a rotor that's 5+ years old. No clue the model number etc. Up until a couple years ago, I was able to receive 5 or 6 channels and then all of a sudden, I can only receive 2 channels: 9.1 WWTV (CBS) and 9.2 WWTV-DT2 (FOX)
After doing a little research, it looks like my current antenna is strictly VHF, that would explain why it only receives those 2. Although, I don't quite understand why it DID receive other channels...unless they were in VHF and then switched to UHF? Regardless, I'm looking for a new antenna that supports UHF and VHF bands. I was looking at the Channelmaster CM 5020 but frankly, I think it might be overkill. Plus, it's HUGE!

I'm leaning towards the Winegard HD7694p. According to TV fool it looks like the Winegard would work fine. What do you recommend?

Thanks in advance!
