Hi , Just installed Televes 149881 antenna. All of my uhf channels are have good signal. Pretty much all get 100% quality, but all seem to only get 70% strength. Is that something to do with the Boss auto strength regulator? I do have it powered. My real issue is with the high VHF channel in my area, real channel 7, virtual channel 67.1. The signal is borderline, it will lock for a while and drop out. The tower is just under 40mi. away and in the weak zone of the map on TVFOOL. The antenna is on a 40Ft tower with rotor. I want to experiment with my setup, but dont want ruin the amp. on the antenna. I do have it powered. I have a powered splitter that I would like to try. Can I run both of them powered? They both use 12vdc. If I used only the powered splitter, would that also power the televes amp? Any thought or help.Thanksjdefed
